I help buyers, sellers, and investors navigate South Florida's luxury condo market — Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach, Bal Harbour, and Miami — with honest advice, sharp pricing, and full service in English and Spanish.
I'm a real estate advisor with The Agency, and I live the neighborhoods I sell. My family is rooted here in Aventura, so I know these buildings, schools, and streets the way only a local does — and I put that knowledge to work for every client, whether they're buying a first pied-à-terre, selling a waterfront residence, or relocating from Latin America.
My approach is simple: know the numbers, answer fast, and negotiate hard. I publish a monthly South Florida market update covering Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach, and Bal Harbour so my clients can see exactly what's selling, what's sitting, and where the motivated sellers are.

Signature buildings, restaurants, shopping, schools and the real day-to-day lifestyle of the areas I work in every day.

A master-planned city built around golf, water and family life. Aventura is home for me: tree-lined streets, Intracoastal marinas, one of the largest malls in the US, and an international community that makes it Northeast Miami-Dade's strongest luxury suburban market.
The buildings I work most: Porto Vita, The Point of Aventura, Privé at Island Estates, Williams Island, Echo Aventura and Mystic Pointe.
Aventura City of Excellence School (ACES), a highly sought-after public K–8 charter; Don Soffer Aventura Senior High School; and Waterways K–8 Center. One of the main reasons families choose Aventura.
Aventura Mall — among the largest malls in the country, with Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's and a luxury wing. For dining inside the mall: Toku for modern Asian, Pubbelly Sushi, Serafina, North Italia and STK Steakhouse. And at Aventura ParkSquare, Casa D'Angelo — the area's classic Italian.
Golf at Turnberry Isle Country Club, marinas and walks along the Intracoastal, Founders Park, the Tidal Cove waterpark, and Oleta River State Park minutes away — Florida's largest urban state park.

2.5 miles of white sand and a row of branded towers along Collins Ave. Sunny Isles is South Florida's quintessential second-home and international investment market — buyers from Latin America, Europe and the US Northeast, with the beach as the main amenity.
Porsche Design Tower (famous for its car elevator), The Estates at Acqualina, Armani/Casa Residences, Jade Signature, Turnberry Ocean Club, The Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles, Acqualina Resort & Residences, Muse Residences and Regalia.
Wide, lifeguarded public beach all along Collins Ave, family-friendly Samson Oceanfront Park and the Newport Fishing Pier. Atlantic sunrises from nearly every tower.
Il Mulino New York and Avra inside Acqualina, Ke-uH for Japanese, Timo Restaurant & Bar — a local favorite — and, five minutes south, every restaurant at Bal Harbour Shops.
The local public school is Norman S. Edelcup / Sunny Isles Beach K–8 — one of the few Miami-Dade schools literally across from the beach. Nearby: Scheck Hillel Community School in North Miami Beach, plus Aventura's options minutes away.
Boutiques, groceries and everyday services along Collins Ave and the Sunny Isles Blvd corridor — plus the big advantage: Bal Harbour Shops five minutes south and Aventura Mall ten minutes west.
Year-round resort living: world-class spas, private beach clubs by building, events at Gateway Park, and Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour Shops minutes away by car.
And more are coming: new branded residences are in development along Collins Ave, including the St. Regis Residences Sunny Isles Beach — another luxury name joining the oceanfront tower row.

A village of barely one square mile and some 3,000 residents — and South Florida's most prestigious zip code. Bal Harbour pairs privacy and low density with the country's most famous open-air luxury shopping center. Supply is scarce by design: there is almost no oceanfront land left. Just south, Surfside shares the same beach with a quieter, small-town feel around Harding Ave and The Surf Club.
One continuous stretch of prized beachfront, no dividing lines: Oceana Bal Harbour, The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort & Residences, the new Rivage Bal Harbour and Bellini Bal Harbour, at 10225 Collins Ave — and in Surfside, Four Seasons Residences at The Surf Club, Fendi Château Residences and Arte Surfside.
The icon: open-air luxury shopping among palms and koi ponds, anchored by Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue, with boutiques from Chanel, Gucci, Prada and Hermès.
Dining starts at Bal Harbour Shops: Carpaccio, the always-packed Italian classic; Makoto, Stephen Starr's contemporary Japanese; and Aba, Mediterranean cooking on a lush terrace. Beyond the Shops: Atlantikós, Greek dining inside the St. Regis, and The Surf Club Restaurant in Surfside.
Bal Harbour families are zoned for Ruth K. Broad Bay Harbor K–8 Center in Bay Harbor Islands, just across the bridge — a well-regarded public school that also serves Surfside and Bay Harbor.
The quietest, most private stretch of Collins Ave: a shaded beach path, the Bal Harbour jetty, Haulover Park and its marina just north, and Surfside — with its Harding Ave main street — a walk to the south.

Miami's historic core, where the Miami River meets Biscayne Bay — and the stage of the city's luxury renaissance. Aston Martin Residences rises right at the mouth of the river, on the Downtown side of the Brickell bridge, flanked by Zaha Hadid's One Thousand Museum and the rising Waldorf Astoria tower.
Aston Martin Residences — British-branded luxury at the mouth of the Miami River; One Thousand Museum, Zaha Hadid's sculptural exoskeleton tower facing Museum Park; and Waldorf Astoria Residences, set to be among the tallest towers in the US Southeast.
Museum Park is the front yard: Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) and the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science. Add the Kaseya Center — home of the Miami Heat — the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, Bayfront Park and Bayside Marketplace, all linked by the free Metromover.
Walks along the Miami Riverwalk and Bayfront's baywalk, marina slips at Bayside, and Brightline's MiamiCentral station putting Orlando a train ride away.

Miami's financial district — the 'Wall Street of the South' — and the most intense high-rise living in Florida. Banks, consulates and Brickell City Centre anchor a neighborhood where professionals live, work and dine within a few walkable blocks of Biscayne Bay.
Brickell Flatiron, one of the district's tallest; SLS Lux Brickell, hotel-branded living on Brickell Ave; Echo Brickell, boutique and tech-forward; Reach & Rise, the two residential towers of Brickell City Centre; and Una Residences, on the bay where Brickell meets Coconut Grove.
Komodo for pan-Asian drama; Sexy Fish for glamorous, late-night dining; Cipriani Downtown for Italian classics and Bellinis; and Sugar, the rooftop on the 40th floor of EAST Miami, for sunset drinks.
Brickell City Centre — shopping, cinema and dining under its Climate Ribbon — and Mary Brickell Village for open-air everyday life. Everything is walkable or one free Metromover stop away.
Southside Elementary, Brickell's historic public elementary; Ada Merritt K–8 Center, a bilingual school in high demand; and MAST Academy on Virginia Key for specialized high school. More families are choosing to stay in Brickell every year.
Brickell holds some of Miami's deepest rental demand: young professionals, executives and graduate students keep occupancy high and well-priced units moving fast. For Latin American investors, it is the default first purchase — liquidity and rent from day one.

Just north of Downtown, along the bay: Edgewater pairs front-row Biscayne Bay views with a friendlier price per square foot than Brickell — and puts Wynwood and the Design District five minutes inland.
Elysee, the boutique bayfront tower; Aria Reserve, twin towers wrapped in amenities; EDITION Residences Miami Edgewater, the brand's first residential-only project; and Missoni Baia, the fashion house's colorful bayfront residences.
Amara at Paraiso serves dinner on a bayfront terrace; Margaret Pace Park — tennis, courts and green space right on the water — is the neighborhood's backyard. Midtown's shops and Wynwood's restaurants are minutes inland.
Edgewater competes on entry price and bay views: newer towers at a lower cost per square foot than Brickell, and a steady stream of renters who work Downtown or in Brickell but want to live on the water. A favorite value play for investors.

Between Wynwood and the Design District, Midtown is Miami's walkable, everyday neighborhood: mid-rise buildings wrapped around an open-air retail core, with a younger, more local feel than the downtown towers.
Hyde Midtown — home to my own listing, residence #902 — together with Gio Midtown and Midtown 29 anchor the residential streets around the Shops.
The Shops at Midtown bring everyday retail, cafés and restaurants into the open air — and Wynwood's galleries and dining, plus the Design District's luxury boutiques, are minutes away in either direction.

The southern tip of Miami Beach, below Fifth Street: the city's most exclusive condo enclave. Low-rise and residential, with wide beaches, South Pointe Park and the marina — a quieter, wealthier Miami Beach.
Continuum South Beach, two towers with a private beach club; Apogee South Beach, low-density and discreet; Ocean House; and Glass, the boutique all-glass tower on Ocean Drive.
Joe's Stone Crab, a Miami Beach institution since 1913; Prime 112 for steaks and scene; and Estiatorio Milos for Greek seafood in a bright, white-washed dining room.
South Pointe Park — sunset walks past the cruise port toward Fisher Island — the Miami Beach Marina, and the widest, calmest stretch of sand in South Beach.

A private island across the bay from South Beach — no bridge, no causeway: residents and their guests arrive by private ferry or boat. Consistently ranked among the wealthiest zip codes in the United States, it is privacy at its most absolute, minutes from the mainland.
Palazzo Della Luna and Palazzo del Sol — the island's newest luxury condominiums — alongside low-rise residences gathered around the historic Vanderbilt Mansion.
The Beach Club on the Atlantic, a nine-hole golf course, championship tennis, a deep-water marina and the island's own day school: a self-contained world, reached by a five-minute ferry ride.

The City Beautiful: Miami's planned garden city of Mediterranean Revival architecture, banyan-canopied streets and coral-stone gates. A historic, family-first counterpoint to the beach and the towers, anchored by the University of Miami.
Villa Valencia, in the heart of downtown Coral Gables; The Plaza Coral Gables, the mixed-use landmark on Ponce de Leon Blvd; and Merrick Manor, beside the Shops at Merrick Park.
The Biltmore Hotel — the 1926 landmark with its storied pool and golf course — and Miracle Mile for dining: Bulla Gastrobar for Spanish tapas, and Hillstone Coral Gables, a neighborhood institution.
Coral Gables Preparatory Academy and Coral Gables Senior High are part of why families put down roots here — established public schools in a city built around them.
The Venetian Pool, carved from a coral rock quarry; Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden; Matheson Hammock Park on the bay; and the Granada and Biltmore golf courses.

What is happening in the South Florida market, in the industry and in my business — updated every month.
My monthly update with the October 2026 figures for my three core markets is now published. Median price: Aventura $420,450 (1,107 homes for sale, 16.2 months of supply, 114 days on market), Sunny Isles Beach $690,000 (1,075 for sale, 18.8 months of supply, 91 days) and Bal Harbour $1,658,800 (123 for sale, 113 days to contract). Sales are still closing close to asking — around 94–95% in Aventura and Sunny Isles, and about 91% in Bal Harbour.
